The Valpolymer srl is a young and dynamic company constituted since two years but with experiences of their own technicians and partners of beyond 30 years in the processing of polyurethane, thermoplastic and thermohardening resins. The company currently is projected in the development and search of technical solutions in the polyurethane's elastomers, silicon and epoxy, directed to the different industrial areas of employment, grocerieses, anti-pollution, control, furnishing, stamped technicians. The greatest flexibility productive allows us to realize even an individual piece in the polyurethane compounds from those developed that includes elastomers expanded and solid rigid than flexibles. Thanks to the search performed until today we are in a position to realize manufactured articles in pu of density from 200 gr/liter to 1700 gr/liter with physical and mechanical features aimed to the various requirments are they of special resistance to chemical products, abrasion, lengthening and resistances to the temperatures from -50 °C until 240 °C. Structural and composite materials in bars or blocks are produced in the different sizes and were realized to satisfy special requirements of stability and greatest workability with cutters and lathes cnc. The company arranges of an inner laboratory equipped for physical mechanical tests of the manufactured articles, chemical analysis for the control of the raw materials and accomplishment of new materials and polyurethane compounds.
